Glenn O. Hawbaker Construction [view video]

Issues/Objectives: Glenn O. Hawbaker Construction, a large construction company located in State College, PA identified the need for a series of videos to be used as employee recruiting tools. The video was to promote the company as a great employer, as well as a good community citizen.

Lazerpro's Role: Lazerpro worked with Glenn O. Hawbaker Construction to produce videos geared to three distinct audiences: college graduates, high school graduates, and the local community. In order to produce the videos in a cost-effective manner, much of the same content was used in all three videos. The audio and the closing message of each tape was customized for its specific target audience.
