Issues/Objectives: Kissinger, Bigatel & Brower is one of the largest real estate agencies in State College, PA. Prior to contacting Lazerpro, KBB had a small Web presence and relied on the online multi-listing services to display their properties to potential buyers. Unfortunately, the listing portals were open to all realtors, making it difficult for KBB to differentiate themselves from their competition. KBB came to Lazerpro in search of an online presence that they could easily manage, that would differentiate KBB from the competition, and, most importantly, would generate highly qualified sales leads.

KBB’s personnel can, through a password-protected administration area, update the website content – property listings, agent information, interest rates, etc. – quickly and easily. In addition, they can review real-time site statistics, including number of site visitors, number of properties viewed, number of leads generated, and more. Prospective buyers can also receive property listing updates via email through a simple, straightforward online registration form.

KBB has also taken advantage of Lazerpro’s search engine marketing expertise. Their website has now achieved very strong search engine rankings for targeted keyword phrases, and the agency is receiving a very high number of sales leads directly from their new website.
