Issues/Objectives: The Jefferson County Department of Development sought to create a brochure that would effectively portray the county as an attractive place to live, play and do business. It was important that information concerning county demographics were included in the piece, but it had to be done in such a way that the reader would not be overwhelmed with data.

Lazerpro's Roll: Lazerpro conceptualized and designed the brochure below with a series of eight step-cut inserts to include all of the required demographic data. Then Lazerpro sent a photographer to capture several industrial zones within the county for use in the “Open for Business” theme. Additionally, Lazerpro designed a series of 4-color industrial park fliers for the back pocket of this piece featuring individual industrial parks.
